Refund Policy

*A refund on any unused, unopened merchandise in the original packaging can be obtained within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

*No refunds on underwear or lingerie items. (Unless damaged or defective from the manufacturer).

• The original valid receipt required.
• By check via mail if your purchase was made with cash.
• By check via mail if your purchase was made with a check (after verification of clearance of funds).
• A credit to your credit or debit card if your purchase was made with either form of payment.
• A credit to your Paypal account if your purchase was made via Paypal.

 Exchange Policy

Opened or used merchandise that is damaged or otherwise defective due to a manufacturing process, may be exchanged for an equivalent item of equal cost within 30 days of purchase with a valid original receipt and original packaging, (if applicable). If after 30 days, please consult the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) and contact the product manufacturer to return the product.

In order to ensure that your exchange is processed expeditiously, in addition to the information requested above, please make sure to include the following:

• Your name
• Your full address
• Your phone number
• Your email address

Also, a description of the product you would like to exchange your item for, including the:

• Manufacturer
• Product Name
• Color
• Size
• Quantity of the product(s) you would like to exchange your item(s) for.

Please note: If the item you are requesting has a higher cost than the item you are returning, we will need a credit/debit card number and expiration date in order to process the difference and applicable tax. If the product you are requesting has a lower value than the product you are returning, you will be issued a store credit for the difference and any applicable tax. Credits may be applied to any future purchase.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email (or phone call if you do not have access to email) once your return is received. We will inform you at that time if additional information is required to process your refund or exchange. All eligible refunds or exchanges will be mailed within 14 days after we receive your return and original receipt. If you are requesting an exchange and the item you are requesting an exchange for is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request. You will have the opportunity to either request an exchange for a different item, request a store credit to be used for a future purchase, or we will backorder the product and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is available.

Shipping costs
All returns and/or exchanges are eligible for prepaid return postage. If you have not received a prepaid return label, please contact Cool Planet at (619) 792-7972 or coolplanetstore@gmail.com, to request one. Cool Planet will pay to ship any eligible returned/exchanged merchandise back to the customer, via ground delivery service. The customer may request expedited delivery, however the customer will be responsible for any additional costs related to expediting their shipment.
