Have you ever wondered what happened to that old tire of yours. You know, the one that exploded on the freeway when you were already late for work? The tire that you wrenched off in your work clothes as oil from pavement that hasn’t seen rain in months stained your knees. Of course to really screw up your day, just as you loosened the last lug nut, the tire fell backwards onto your white shirt like a jerk at a mosh pit. Black and Green
When I was a child picking flowers, climbing trees, rolling around the grass in my yard at our home in a hilly, Riverside suburb, my mother would snatch my attention to give me and my younger siblings a lesson on growing our own cherry tomatoes, carrots, and green onions…the staples for every neophyte farmer.
